New study came out from Mr. Youth and RepNation Media about the new consumer and the "five rules of engagement" for companies wishing to do business with them. Not that this is really all that surprising in the digital community but could be a little more powder in the muzzle of corporate marketers wishing to see their own company jump onboard.
